01
Freight Insurance Claims
We take a loss from discovery through to settlement. That means
identifying the liable party, assembling the documentation the carrier
or insurer actually requires, establishing a valuation that survives
scrutiny, filing inside the deadline, and handling the back-and-forth
that follows.
Where a claim has already been denied, we will review the denial — a
refusal on procedural grounds is often recoverable.
02
Freight Damage Assessment
Independent inspection and documentation of damaged freight. We record
the extent of loss, the cause where it can be established, and the
salvage or reworkable value — the evidence that turns "it arrived
damaged" into a quantified claim.
Assessments are written to the standard an adjuster expects, which
matters when the other side is looking for a reason to discount.
03
Inventories
Physical inventory for warehouses, 3PLs and distributors — cycle counts,
full wall-to-wall counts, and reconciliation against system records. We
find where the variance actually sits rather than simply confirming that
it exists.
Where shrinkage or damage is the cause, the count doubles as the
evidence base for a claim.
04
Recovery & Salvage Support
Damaged goods are rarely worth nothing. We assess what can be reworked,
repackaged, sold as salvage or written off, so the recovery is not just
the claim payment but whatever the freight itself is still worth.
